The following terms govern Cash Ready Funding LLC's SMS/MMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Cash Ready Funding LLC operates an SMS messaging program through which we may send you marketing and promotional messages, application status updates, and information about our business funding products and services. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS) to the mobile number you provide.
You may enroll in our SMS program by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact or application form and providing your mobile phone number. Enrollment constitutes express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Cash Ready Funding LLC.

No further marketing SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to apply for or receive funding.

Our SMS program is available through major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier availability may vary. Cash Ready Funding LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change your mobile phone number, it is your responsibility to notify us and update your contact information. Cash Ready Funding LLC is not responsible for messages sent to a number that was previously yours.
